Our Process (Clean ➜ Correct ➜ Protect):

1. Survey & Test

  • identify tile type (ceramic/porcelain/stone), grout condition, sealed/unsealed status, and test chemistry safely.

3. Detail Work

  • edges, corners, grout lines, thresholds; selective steam-assist where safe; rinse & neutralise.

5. Protect

  • choose penetrating sealer (invisible protection) or grout colour-seal (restores uniform colour and adds stain resistance).

2. Deep Clean

  • machine scrub & extract with pH-appropriate detergents (alkaline for grease; acidic for mineral haze, stone-safe when needed).

4. Dry & Inspect

  • moisture readings; correct any remaining marks.

6. Aftercare

  • simple cleaning plan and product guidance to keep results longer.
